UDC’s Ittisal receives Stevie Awards for outstanding customer service at The Pearl Island

The Pearl Island’s official contact centre, Ittisal, was awarded the most prestigious award for customer experience and excellence at the 17th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service held in Las Vegas, Nevada.United Development Company’s (UDC) representatives Abdulla al-Hammadi, executive director of Property Management; and engineer Abdullatif al-Yafei, executive director of Public Services, received the award in the presence of over 400 international professionals.The international accolade reflects the great effort put forth by the company through its Ittisal contact centre, which is the official 24/7 contact centre dedicated to serving residents and visitors of The Pearl Island. It aims to provide callers with accurate and timely assistance to resolve their maintenance, security, safety, and other needs.The award is a testament to UDC’s success in providing an exceptional customer experience by understanding their needs and meeting their expectations through sophisticated and smart approaches based on international best practices. UDC’s customer-centricity and efforts are also reflected in the continuous training and coaching techniques implemented to improve agent performance and quality.For the last three years, UDC’s Ittisal services have contributed to a sustained customer satisfaction score of more than 90%, taking customer experience to a new level.
