A cake-cutting ceremony, along with traditional musical performances, car and technology exhibition and culinary offerings, marked the Qatar–South Korea 50th anniversary yesterday in Doha. The strong bilateral relations between the two countries was highlighted at the golden jubilee celebration, a partnership that extended beyond economic exchanges to include cultural, educational, and intellectual co-operation. The event was attended by (from left) Qatar Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ (MoFA) Secretary-General HE Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi, South Korean ambassador Joon-Ho Lee, MoFA's Department of Protocol director ambassador Ibrahim Yousif Fakhroo, and Brunei Darussalam ambassador Mohamed Bahrin Abu Bakar.
