A member of the Moscow Association of Victims of Illegal Repressions places flowers at the Solovetsky Stone monument on Lubyanka Square in central Moscow yesterday to commemorate victims of 20th century political repressions in Russia. The association was founded on July 25, 1989, and renders legal assistance to citizens-victims of political repressions and feasible financial, legal, medical and financial support to families of the rehabilitated citizens.
