Flower tributes to the victims of an attack on government buildings and massacre on the youth camp of the Norwegian Labour Party continue to pile up yesterday outside the Cathedral three weeks after the attack in Oslo. At least 77 were killed in the July 22 attacks in Norway, a bombing in central Oslo and a series of shootings on an island just outside the capital.
