A man poses on a Soviet-era WW II tank painted pink in front of the National Theatre in Prague yesterday. Original Soviet Army tank number 23 was on display in Prague from the war until April 1991 when visual artist David Cerny and his friends painted it pink. The Czech Republic is commemorating the 20th anniversary of the departure of Soviet troops who invaded Czechoslovakia in 1968, and the tank was brought back to Prague from a military museum for a week for the occasion.
