People look at quilts made by HIV-positive people on display yesterday during the ‘Names’ event in Mikhailovskaya square in Kiev. The event is to mark the upcoming World Memory Day of people who died of Aids, which is observed on May 15. The quilts covered the area of some 300sq m of the square and bear the names of thousands of Ukrainian Aids victims, according to organisers.
