A darted elephant is brought down by scientists from the Kenya Wildlife Services and International Fund for Animal Welfare before its collaring at the Tsavo East National Park yesterday. The scientists have started collaring the elephants with GPS communication technology to assist in the mapping out of their migratory routes and corridors in the park and its buffer zones.
