Seventh outlet of Grand Express opens in Umm Garn

The chief guest opened the outlet at a gala event in the presence of Grand Mall managing director Dr Anwar Ameen Chelat; regional director Ashraf Cherakkal, CEO Shareef B C, general manager Ajith Kumar, COO David Ford and invitees.Speaking at the event, Sheikh Faysal lauded Grand Hypermarkets, Qatar management, for opening yet another Grand Express outlet in Qatar, which would be a boon for consumers living in Umm Garn and adjoining areas off Shamal Road, Exit 24 expressway. Umm Garn resident Abdulla said, “A new hypermarket in this locality will be convenient for the people living here because this would spare us the trouble of travelling to Doha city for shopping.”Dr Ameen informed that Grand Hypermarkets, Qatar, will open four more Grand outlets within the next six months – one Grand Mall and three Grand Express outlets. “These outlets will create new jobs for citizens and residents in Qatar,” he added.
