Hot weather daytime expected today

Weather inshore until 6pm on Tuesday will be hazy at places at first becomes hot daytime, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.

Offshore will be hazy at times, the report added.

Wind inshore will be southwesterly less than 05 knot at first, becomes northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 knot.

Offshore, it will be mainly northwesterly to southwesterly 04 to 14 knot.

Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometres. Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, rises to 3 feet at times. Offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet, rises to 4 feet at times.
