Qatar, Bangladesh hold round of political consultations

The ministries of foreign affairs of Qatar and Bangladesh on Monday held a round of political consultations in Doha. HE the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad al-Muraikhi chaired the Qatari side, while the Bangladeshi side was headed by Member of Parliament and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Mohamed Shahriar Alam. During the round of political consultations, they reviewed bilateral co-operation relations, in addition to several issues of common interest. Following the round of consultations, an agreement was signed on abolishing visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, official and special passports.
