Customs foils bid to smuggle in banned tobacco

The Maritime Customs Department has managed to thwart the smuggling of banned tobacco secretly hidden inside fertilizer bags, the General Authority of Customs (GAC) said in a tweet Monday.With this, the total weight of the seized material has reached 4,639 kilograms, GAC said.
