Details for activation of 'Mawared' portal announced

The Civil Service and Governmental Development Bureau has announced the activation of the new Mawared portal with a single sign-on feature using the official e-mail and password of the employer.'Mawared' supports a number of main business activities, namely workforce analysis, competency management, recruitment, performance management, decision-makers' self-service and employee self-service. With regard to employment, the 'Mawared' system supports the provision of a comprehensive system for the recruitment process, reducing the time-frame required for employment. As for performance management, it helps achieve government goals by employing qualified manpower in line with the objectives of each entity. The self-service for decision makers, ensures speed and accuracy in making decisions by providing direct and quick access to information and data.
