Hot, humid weather expected today

Weather inshore until 6pm on Wednesday will be hazy at places at first becoming hot daytime with chance of local clouds, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.

Offshore will be hazy at times with some clouds, the report added.

Wind inshore will be mainly southeasterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot. Offshore, it will be mainly southeasterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot, gusting to 19 knot at place at times.

Visibility will be 4 to 8.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet. Offshore it will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 5 feet at places at times.
