HBKU Press wins Living Now Book Awards

Hamad Bin Khalifa University Press (HBKU Press) has once again won Living Now Book Awards for three children's books published by it.
These books included 'A Message From Little Fox' in English by Nasser al-Dossari, who won the silver medal, while 'Swish's Mobile Dilemma' in its English version won a silver medal by Dr Matthias Krug ,and the English version of 'What If the School Disappeared' by the Andalus Ibrahim, with a bronze medal. In 2020, HBKU Press won a set of Living Now Book Awards, where its first book of its kind in the field of health and fitness 'A Beautiful Balance: A Wellness Guide to Healthy Eating and Feeling Great' by writer Zoe Palmer Wright, available in English and Arabic, won the bronze medal in this competition for the general cookbooks category, and the book 'Journeys on a Football Carpet' by writer Matthias Krug with the bronze in the yoga and sports field, 'Butterfly of Light' by Amira al-Nuaimi won the silver medal for the category of children's picture books. Living Now Book Awards was established in 2008 in the USA with the aim of recognising the best books and creators. Based on educational and cultural goals and a love of exploration and learning through educational books and stories. (QNA)
