Dukhan Bank brings Google Pay to customers

Dukhan Bank has launched Google Pay, a faster, more secure way to pay on sites, in applications, and in stores using the payment methods saved in their Google Account, a statement said. Google Pay, a new addition to Dukhan Bank’s contactless payment platform (D-Pay), protects customers’ payment information with multiple layers of security. When customers make contactless payments through their phone, Google Pay will not send their actual credit or debit card numbers with your payment. Instead, an encrypted virtual account number will be used to represent their information, making their real card details stay safe.

Dukhan Bank customers can make payments through Google Pay at more than a million online, on-site, and in-store outlets around the world. It is available on Android and desktop and can be used on multiple browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. “The Google Wallet provides a fast, easy, and safe way to pay with any Android phone or Wear OS device. Linking Dukhan Bank card to Google Pay is easy and takes just a few moments. To set up Google Pay, customers should first download the Google Wallet app from Google Play. Google Wallet, which is also launching today in Qatar, is a digital wallet that stores cards for Google Pay, as well as loyalty cards, boarding passes, and more. Then, follow the instructions in the app. They can also set up Google Pay on the web at pay.google.com. Once the card has been added, users will not need to enter their payment information again.
