Defence minister meets French chief of staff

HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohammed al-Attiyah met the French Chief of Staff General Thierry Burkhard and his accompanying delegation, who is currently visiting the country. The meeting reviewed issues of joint interest and military co-operation between the two sides and the means to enhance it. The meeting was attended by a number of ranking Qatari and French officers.
