WFP executive director receives credentials of Qatar representative

World Food Programme (WFP) executive director David Beasley has received the credentials of Khalid bin Youssef al-Sada as a representative of Qatar to the WFP.

The meeting reviewed the co-operation relations between Qatar and the WFP and ways to develop them.Beasley praised Qatar's distinguished role in supporting the programme and the generous resources it provides to help it perform its humanitarian role in many conflict areas in the world. – QNA
