Awqaf launches new website and application for endowment services

The General Directorate of Endowments at the Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs has launched its new website and application.

The function was attended by the director-general of the General Directorate of Endowments, Sheikh Dr Khalid bin Mohamed bin Ghanem al-Thani, and a number of other officials. Sheikh Dr Khalid said the website and application will play an important role in providing endowment services to the public. He explained a set of services will be accessible to the public. These include endowment in several ways, writing a will, getting to know its provisions, presenting endowment projects, as well as reviewing endowment fatwas and requesting for a fatwa.
