Hawksbill turtles nesting recorded

The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change's Protection and Wildlife Department has announced the registration of the season's first nesting of the endangered hawksbill turtles at Fuwairit Beach. The members of the turtles protection team took the necessary measurements and registered the data, in addition to removing the parasites and treating the injuries and wounds of the turtles. The eggs were moved to a dedicated and protected area. A total of 120 eggs have been laid so far.
