Qatar Chamber reschedules general assembly meeting to April 20

Qatar Chamber’s General Assembly Meeting (GAM), which was scheduled to be held on Monday, was rescheduled to April 20 due to the lack of quorum, according to Qatar Chamber chairman Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim al-Thani.

The second GAM will be held at 12pm on Wednesday, April 20, regardless of the number of attendees, Sheikh Khalifa pointed out. The meeting’s agenda includes the review of the board of director’s report on the activities of the chamber last year. It also includes discussing the chamber’s fiscal report for 2021 through the auditor’s report on the final accounts and the statement of income and expenses for the year.It will also see approving the estimated budget for the fiscal year 2022 and appointing a new auditor for the 2022 financial year.
