The Israeli occupation forces continued the bloody aggression on the Gaza Strip Tuesday, targeting civilian homes and areas sheltering internally displaced persons, resulting in the deaths and the injury of others, including children.WAFA News Agency reported Palestinian Red Crescent paramedics as saying that five Palestinians were martyred, others were injured, and several were missing under the rubble of a home near Martyrs' Square in the Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City, after it was targeted by Israeli aircraft. The slain and wounded people were taken to Al-Shifa Hospital, west of the city.In another field development, Israeli warplanes bombed Al-Awda Tower (2), located near Al-Quds Hospital in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of the city, following a prior threat. This led to panic among patients, medical staff, and displaced persons in the surrounding area.A number of Palestinians were also martyred and others were injured, including children, in an attack targeting tents for displaced persons in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City, where dozens of families had taken refuge to escape the ongoing airstrikes.Since October 7, 2023, the occupying forces have been waging an ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of 58,386 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children, and the injury of 139,077 others, in a toll that remains incomplete.A number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them due to the ongoing bombardment and destruction of infrastructure.
