The third edition of the International Conference on Climate and Environment commenced Tuesday at the headquarters of the Arab League in Cairo.The two-day event brings together high-ranking officials, experts, and specialists in climate action and development to highlight the importance of collective efforts in tackling environmental challenges and enhancing sustainability across the Arab region.The conference will explore national and regional strategies for addressing climate change, alongside discussions on critical issues such as water resource management, plastic pollution, and sustainable cities.Coinciding with World Environment Day on Jun. 5, the conference aims to raise awareness about climate and environmental issues, showcase sustainable development projects, and launch various initiatives promoting ecological solutions.
