MoTC to hold masterclass training programme on gender leadership

The Ministry of Transport and Communications (MoTC) will organise a masterclass training programme on “Gender Leadership: Is there a difference?” in collaboration with HEC Paris.

MoTC tweeted that the programme will be held on September 13 from 4pm to 6pm.The event is a part of the ongoing Qatar Digital Government Training Programme (QDGP) by MoTC.The registration is open on QDGP e-learning page https://motc.gov.qa/en/qdgtp/elearning/hecparis.The session will focus on factors that explain the differences in leadership styles and exercise different perspectives while explaining why inclusive leadership is important for team performance.The session will draw on data and share examples of good practice in Qatar and beyond to demonstrate the benefits of inclusive leadership for women at work.It will be followed by a question and answer session.QDGP has been created to boost the ICT professional capacity to serve the digital transformation of the government.The objective is to train and certify the professionals to support the career progression of the trained employees and to maximise benefiting from the programme.In order to maintain the sustainable effectiveness of the programme, technology partnerships have been expanded with a number of leading technological training providers in the information technology field such as: Microsoft, SAP, IBM, CISCO, ITIL, PMI, COMPTIA and others, to provide first class training in a variety of IT disciplines, such as Database Management, IT Management & Governance, Software/ Application Development, Network management and more.
