Qatar national football team trains ahead of European Qualifiers for 2022 FIFA World Cup

Qatar national football team players take part in a training session in Austria ahead of the European Qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 on Monday. Felix Sanchez’s team will play in Group A as an invited team alongside Portugal, Serbia, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg and Azerbaijan. Qatar kicked off their European adventure in March with a 1-0 win over Luxembourg followed by a 2-1 victory over Azerbaijan before finishing with a 1-1 draw with Republic of Ireland. Qatar meet Serbia on September 1, followed by Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal three days later before facing Luxembourg on September 7.
