MoPH reports 1,297 Covid-19 recoveries

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) reported Friday 798 new confirmed cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) -- 524 of these were from community cases and 274 from travellers returning from abroad. The MoPH recorded 1,297 recoveries from the virus during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases recovered in Qatar to 178,461. Six new deaths were recorded ages of 39, 40, 49, 57, 60 and 69 years of age, three of them have chronic diseases, and they received the necessary medical care.
