MoPH reports 469 new Covid-19 cases

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) reported on Friday 469 new confirmed cases of coronavirus (Covid-19), of which 405 were from community and 64 from travellers returning from abroad who are subject to quarantine. The MoPH also recorded 337 recoveries from the virus during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases recovered in Qatar to 155,407.In addition, the ministry announced the death of a 93-year-old patient, who was receiving the necessary medical care.

All new cases have been introduced to isolation and are receiving necessary healthcare.Due to the measures put in place by the government and the publictarget="_blank"'>Anyone suffering from Covid-19 symptoms should contact 16000 helpline immediately. This is important as the earlier the disease is detected the easier it will be to receive the right treatment and recover from it.
