Qatar Chamber to hold 2nd online general assembly meeting on Wedensday

Qatar Chamber’s second General Assembly Meeting (GAM) will be held virtually on Wednesday, regardless of the number of attendees, it was announced in a statement.

Qatar Chamber chairman Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim bin Mohamed al-Thani will preside over the meeting, which will start at 12 noon through video conferencing in adherence with the precautionary measures taken to curb the spread of Covid-19. Registration will start at 8am on Wednesday through the chamber's website https://www.qatarchamber.com/qcgam1-2021/. After registration, each member will receive a link to follow up and participate in the meeting.The meeting’s agenda will include a review of the board of director’s report on the activities of the chamber in 2020. It also includes discussion on the Qatar Chamber’s fiscal report for 2020 through the auditor's report on the final accounts and the statement of income and expenses for the year. The approval of the estimated budget for the fiscal year 2021 and the appointment a new auditor for the 2021 financial year is also included on the agenda.
