Qatar's special envoy in Islamabad meetings

Pakistan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Minister of Interior Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad and Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa met separately on Monday with HE Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Counterterrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution Dr Mutlaq bin Majed al-Qahtani and his accompanying delegation during their visit to Islamabad. The meetings, which reviewed bilateral relations, the peace process in Afghanistan and the progress of the ongoing negotiations in Doha, were attended by Qatar's ambassador to Pakistan Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman al-Thani.
