QNB ordinary general assembly approves 2020 financial statements; 45% cash dividend

QNB held its Ordinary General Assembly meeting yesterday during which it approved the Group's audited financial statements for the year that ended on December 31, 2020. It also approved the proposal to distribute a cash dividend of 45% of the nominal share value, representing QR0.45 per share. HE Ali Shareef al-Emadi, chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting.

QNB held its Ordinary General Assembly meeting Sunday during which it approved the Group's audited financial statements for the year that ended on December 31, 2020.

The Ordinary General Assembly approved a proposal by the Board of Directors to distribute a cash dividend of 45% of the nominal share value (representing QR0.45 per share).The Board agreed upon the appointment of KPMG as external auditors for the year 2021, during the meeting.
