MDD offices become first in Qatar to achieve SmartScore certification

Three commercial properties at Msheireb Downtown Doha (MDD) have become the first buildings in Qatar to achieve SmartScore certification from WiredScore, a global certification body.The certification identifies best-in-class smart buildings that deliver an exceptional user experience, drive cost efficiency, meet high sustainability standards and are fully future-ready.MDD, a landmark project of Msheireb Properties, is setting new standards in sustainable urban development.
