Qatar Charity (QC) has implemented a number of productive and income generating projects in Bangladesh benefiting 300 orphans and poor families.
The projects, worth more than QR1mn, include poultry farming, fish farming, cattle breeding, shops, grain and vegetable farms, as well as sewing projects.Through the implementation of these projects, Qatar Charity aims to help orphans and targeted poor families, improve the standard of living of its members, and provide a permanent source of income for poor families, preserving their dignity, and transforming them from needy to productive categories, through the financing and implementation of income-generating projects, in addition to supporting Agricultural, pastoral and crafts sector.
