Airplane makes emergency landing on Croatian highway

Drivers on a busy Croatian highway got a shock onSaturday when a small airplane made a safe emergency landing on themotorway, the 24Sata daily reported online.The plane, carrying a middle-aged female student and a flightinstructor, landed on the A6 connecting Zagreb and Rijeka on theAdriatic coast. The Cessna's engine had failed during a training flight scheduledbetween Zagreb and the Rijeka airport, the report said.The aircraft taxied until stopping on the right side of the road. Nocars were hit in the process.
