Aspire to make a splash, dash around? Here is a summer comfort zone

Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) recently launched the latest edition of Splash & Dash in an attempt to give people in Qatar a comfortable space to engage in physical activities during the summer.
Both adults and children have started thronging to Aspire Dome since the launch of the initiative on July 3, eager to participate in running and swimming activities. The Splash & Dash continues until August 25.Now in its sixth edition, the Splash & Dash gives participants the opportunity to run around the indoor track at Aspire Dome and swim in its Olympic pool on Mondays and Wednesdays every week, from 7pm to 9pm. AZF has a reception desk at the Aspire Dome entrance for those wishing to participate, with fees set at QR25 per day or Q 400 for the full month. Registration is open to people aged six years and up.

According to Abdulla al-Bouanin, member of the organising committee, the initiative enables the public to exercise in a comfortable environment during the summer. “During the summer, people remain inside their houses and are reluctant to try physical activities outdoors due to the heat and humidity.
