Woqod opens expanded section of petrol station in Wadi Al Banat area

Qatar Fuel (Woqod) opened the expanded section of the petrol station in Wadi Al Banat area yesterday, CEO Saad Rashid al-Muhannadi announced. The expanded Wadi Al Banat Petrol Station is spread across an area of 12,650 sqm. The expanded area has two lanes with six dispensers in addition to the existing six dispensers within three lanes. Wadi Al Banat Petrol Station offers round-the-clock services and include a Sidra convenience store, Manual & Auto Car Wash, Oil Change and Tyre Repair, and sale of LPG cylinders, in addition to the sale of petrol and diesel products for light vehicles. “The opening of Wadi Al Banat Petrol Station expansion is included in Woqod’s plan for opening 30 new petrol stations during 2019,” al-Muhannadi explained in a statement. “As part of its strategic expansion plan, Woqod is targeting a total of 134 fuel stations by the end of 2020,” he added.
