New Easy Transfer options from Ooredoo

Ooredoo has announced a host of new Easy Transfer options for both its pre- and post-paid customers, just in time for Ramadan, the holy month of giving.Easy Transfer will offer customers the ability to send a wide range of Ooredoo products to family and friends, using either the new payment option in the Ooredoo app to pay using their Hala main balance, or by adding the amount to their Shahry bill.Both Hala and Shahry customers can send credit and recharges, and both will receive a smart notification as soon as their credit or recharge is sent and received.Hala customers can send and receive from Shahry: credit transfers, Hala recharge, data recharge, Flexi cards, Hala Smart cards, Dawli international calling minutes, Ooredoo Passports.And Shahry customers can send to Shahry customer: Dawli international calling minutes, Ooredoo Passports, Data recharge.A QR1 fee will be charged for each gift sent, with the charge being confirmed on the smart notification.Manar Khalifa al-Muraikhi, director PR and corporate communications at Ooredoo, said: “Complete customer satisfaction is a key priority for us as part of our corporate strategy, and we’re pleased to announce these Easy Transfer options just in time for Ramadan.“Sending Ooredoo products as gifts has always been quick and easy and now, with these multiple new options, it’s even more flexible.“We’re sure our customers will appreciate the addition to our service and will find our Easy Transfer useful during the holy month of Ramadan.” Customers can use their Ooredoo app to send credit and recharges to their friends and family.The app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play, and customers need simply follow the instructions on the app to do their Easy Transfers.
