QIB formally inaugurates branch at Mirqab Mall

Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) has opened a new state-of-the-art branch at Mirqab Mall on Al Nasr Street. The new branch will have extended working hours throughout the week and will operate from Saturday to Thursday, from 9am to 2:30pm and from 3:30pm to 9:00pm It will also open on Fridays from 4:00pm to 9:00pm.During the holy month of Ramadan, the branch will operate from Saturday to Thursday from 10:30 am to 2:30pm and throughout the week during the evening shift from 9pm to 11:30pm.The Mirqab Mall branch will provide easy access to QIB’s banking services to customers working and residing within the busy area of Al Nasr Street.Mirqab Mall is supplied with exclusive attractions that gather many Qataris and residents.The full-service nature of the new branch complements the bank’s extensive investment into expanding both its physical branches and its digital offerings in order to meet the varying demands of its growing customer base.QIB’s ‘Bank and Shop’ service will also be available at Mirqab Mall, allowing customers to enjoy their time at the mall until an SMS informs them that it is their turn to be served.The new service has been unveiled across all QIB Mall branches including Q-Mall, City Centre, Dar Al Salam, Gate Mall, Mall of Qatar, Doha Festival city, Tawar Mall, and now at Mirqab Mall.QIB’s Personal Banking Group general manager D Anand said: “Our presence at Mirqab Mall is a good addition to QIB branches network for its vibrant number of visitors and location. The mall is located on Al Naser Street in the heart of Doha. This part of the city has a high commercial presence with a large number of shops, restaurants, and services centres”. The opening of the new branch has expanded QIB’s network to 31, more than 175 ATMs and cash/cheque deposit machines, state of art banking systems, award winning & best rated mobile app and online banking channels, to provide a seamless customer experience on a 24x7 basis.
