Sheikh Joaan honours winners of Qatar Camel Challenge Fest

HE the President of Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad al-Thani crowned the winner of the 2019 Qatar Camel Challenge Festival on Thursday at Al Shahaniya camel racetrack. He crowned Nasser Abdullah Ahmed al-Misnad, owner of the winning camel ,Nodha,, which also claimed several swords and continued the journey of success for this season. HE Sheikh Joaan also awarded Saeed Mohamed al-Kaabi, owner of ,Mesika,, after leading the race with a time of 12:28:5 minutes. He honoured Abdullah Zaid al-Khayarin, owner of ,Dukhan,, which ended the race in 12:25:2 minutes. Sheikh Joaan also awarded Nasser Abdullah al-Misnad, owner of ,Mishaab,, which ended the race in 12: 35: 8 minutes. The festival was attended by a number of dignitaries and followers of the sport.
