Qatar achieves advanced scientific rankings'

Over 1,000 delegates from more than 25 countries are attending the Education Conference 2019, inaugurated by HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani on Wednesday at Qatar National Convention Centre.The event is a scientific platform to share local, regional and international experiences in the educational field, official Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported. The opening ceremony was attended by a number of dignitaries including ministers and other guests.Addressing the conference, HE the Minister of Education and Higher Education Mohamed Abdul Wahed al-Hammadi said Qatar achieved advanced scientific rankings in the Arab region and the world in education, thanks to the continuous support of the wise leadership and guidance from His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and the efforts of the students and those working in the education field. 
HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani, Gambian Minister of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology Badara Joof and other dignitaries and officials touring the exhibition accompanying the Education Conference 2019.
