Bavarian court throws out neigbour's cow bell noise complaint - again

A Munich court on Wednesday rejected a complaint madeby a woman from the Bavarian town of Holzkirchen who was incensed bythe noise of her neighbour's cow bells.The woman and her husband complained that they had felt disturbed bythe sound coming from a meadow next to their home for years andwanted a court to order their neighbour to put a stop to it. Both husband and wife separately took the case to a lower court inMunich, where it was rejected on two occasions.Like his wife, the husband then took the case to the higher Munichcourt, where both have now lost.
