Speaker meets Kazakhstan’s chairman

HEthe Speaker of the Advisory Council Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaidal-Mahmoud met yesterday with Kazakhstan Mazhilis of Parliament ChairmanNurlan Nigmatulin and his accompanying delegation, on the sidelines ofthe 140th General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) andits related meetings currently held in Doha. During the meeting, theydiscussed the parliamentary relations between the Advisory Counciland the Kazakhstan parliament, as well as the topics on the agenda ofthe 140th IPU General Assembly and its related meetings. A number ofmembers of the Advisory Council and Kazakhstan ambassador to Qatar AskarShokybayev attended the meeting.
