His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani on Thursday received a verbal message from Russian President Vladimir Putin, dealing with bilateral relations and means to promote them.
The message was conveyed by Igor Sechin, CEO of Russia's Rosneft during a meeting with His Highness the Amir in the morning.
