Safari Group launches Pakistan, Kebab & Biryani, Meat festivals

Safari Group has announced the launch of three special initiatives – Pakistan Festival, Kebab & Biryani Festival in the Bakery & Hot Food division, and Meat Festival in the butchery division.A wide variety of food items will be showcased as part of the Pakistan Festival, which starts today, the group has said in a statement. The items on offer will include Pakistani biscuits, chocolates, National Kheer Mix, light tuna, Punjab Garden rice among others.The Kebab & Biryani Festival will feature more than 50 types of biryani dishes, including Hyderabad chicken biryani, Lucknowi gosht biryani, Lahori mutton biryani, Fish biryani, Prawns biryani, Vaniyambadi vegetable biryani, Ambur chicken biryani, Thalassery beef biryani, and Hurakmas beef biryani. There will also be more than 40 varieties of kebabs at attractive prices, including Filly kebab, Lala grilled tikka, Boti kebab, Shami kebab, Grilled lamb chops, Camel seekh kebab, Mumtaz tangdi kebab, etc. The Safari management has said the festival will be hosted at Safari Hypermarket on Salwa Road and at Safari Mall in Abu Hamour. All these specially prepared dishes can be enjoyed by customers at “very attractive prices”, the statement notes.A wide variety of meat products, exported from different countries and available at “attractive prices”, are being showcased in the Meat Festival. The items on offer include New Zealand beef topside, Pakistani mutton, Arabian lamb, Indian mutton, etc. Indian mutton will be available for QR25.75 and 500gm camel meat for QR19 as part of the promotion.To add sparkle to the Pakistan Festival, Safari will hold a musical show from January 29 until 31 at Safari Mall, Abu Hamour, from 7pm to 10.30pm.
