Doha Municipality spots more than 3,500 abandoned vehicles

Doha Municipality's General Control Section carried out several inspections during the year 2018, covering all areas inside Doha and Industrial area. These resulted in spotting 3,553 abandoned vehicles, investigating and taking action on 1,374 complaints which were transferred to the section. A total of 943 affidavits were signed by the violators and 2,560 on-the-spot reports issued against violations, out of which 2,210 were reconciled. The total amount of collected fines was QR 316,266,05.
