Qatar residents will have a good chance to observe the Quadrantid meteor shower from Thursday evening until Friday dawn, Qatar Calendar House (QCH) announced. “On an average 80 Quadrantid meteors are expected to be seen,” astronomer expert Dr Beshir Marzouk explained in a statement.Qatar residents can see Quadrantid meteor showers with naked eye from places without light and environment pollution (pure sky), and darker places.“They need to look to northeast horizon of sky from today midnight until tomorrow dawn to observe Quadrantid meteor showers,” he added.
