Palestinian teenager dies of wounds sustained during Gaza border protests

An 18-year-old Palestinian died on Saturday of wounds sustain from Israeli army gunfire the day before during protests at the Gaza border with Israel, according to medical sources.

They said Ayman Munir Shbeir, from Deir al-Balah, was seriously injured in the abdomen and remained in critical condition until he was pronounced dead this morning.

With Shbeirs death, total number of Palestinians shot and killed by Israeli forces on Friday rose to four, including a child. Almost 50 were injured, Palestinian WAFA news agency reported.(QNA)
