Horticultural Expo 2021 to be held in Doha

QATAR  |  EnvironmentHorticultural Expo 2021 to be held in DohaThe Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) in Paris has officially approved Qatar hosting of the Horticultural Expo 2021 (from March 17 to October 14, 2021).The formal recognition, approved by member-states of the BIE, was followed by the ceremonial handing of the BIE flag to HE the Minister of Municipality and Environment Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki al-Subaie. The minister said that it is very important to consider Horticultural Expo 2021 in Doha as an incentive to set up more gardens, the development of horticulture and the cultivation of plants, flowers and trees in a harsh climate.QATAR  |  CultureArab-European Youth Forum gets underwayThe Arab European Youth Forum for the Alliance of Civilisations, hosted by Doha for the third time, kicked off yesterday evening with participation of 80 young people from 25 Arab and foreign countries and will continue until November 26.
