Mannai Corp posts QR167mn H1 net profit on QR5.1bn revenue

Mannai Corporation has reported QR167mn net profit on revenue worth QR5.1bn for the first half of 2018.Mannai’s EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) rose by 56% to QR444mn compared to QR284mn, and pre-tax profits rose by 25% to QR209mn compared to QR167mn in the previous year.In line with the group’s strategy of diversifying geographically, Mannai acquired additional 15.39% share in GFI Informatique, France during the first half of 2018 and currently holds 96.6%. “The group is well positioned to participate in the major infrastructure development projects and services sector in the state of Qatar and is optimistic of the future,” Mannai said.
