Wendy’s Qatar receives huge crowds

Only few weeks after the soft opening, the new Wendy’s Qatar by Mohamed Hamad Al Mana Group has become popular among burger lovers, the company has announced. The first branch of the famous American series is open at Andalus Petrol Station on C-Ring Road. Mohamed Hamad Al Mana Group has entered into an agreement with Alghanim Industries for the sub-franchise rights of Wendy’s restaurants in Qatar.  “Wendy’s Qatar received big numbers of customers during Ramadan and Eid times to experience a new concept of healthy burgers,” country head Adnan Zahra said.The menu offers wide range of meals, burgers, salads, snacks and sides such as chicken wraps, nuggets and baked potatoes. There is also kids’ meal and frosty ice cream. Mohamed Hamad Al Mana Group is one of the leading business conglomerates in Qatar that deals with different sectors including automobiles, real estate, public services as well as food and beverage. Wendy’s, established by Dave Thomas, in Columbus, Ohio, in 1969, is the world’s third-largest quick-service hamburger company. The Wendy’s system includes more than 6,600 franchise and company-operated restaurants in the US and 30 countries and US territories worldwide.
