Qatar condemns blast in Baghdad public park

Qatar voiced its strong condemnation and denunciation of the explosion that targeted a public park in the Shula district in north Baghdad. Several people were killed and injured in the incident. In a statement issued yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar’s firm stance in rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of the motives and causes.The statement expressed Qatar’s condolences to the families of victims as well as the government and people of Iraq, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
