Five killed in military cargo plane crash in Georgia, US

Five people were killed when a military cargo plane crashed near an airport outside Savannah, Georgia, the US state's Air National Guard confirmed.

Televised footage showed a thick, black plume of smoke coming from the scene of the crash.The aircraft belonged to the Puerto Rican Air National Guard and had been on a training mission.
